The East Bank District in Bossier City, Louisiana continues to grow and so does the presence of Chris Opp’s artistic legacy. The latter part of 2019 saw the addition of yet another up-and-coming trendy business – Frozen Pirogue. To fit in with the other businesses in the District, they hired Chris to bring their building entrance to life and create their branded look.
