Shreveport, Louisiana City Councilman, Mario Chavez, contacted Chris to paint his building on Marshall Street in downtown Shreveport. Then Mario decided he wanted a mural of downtown Shreveport in silhouette black and white. He asked Chris to include his friends businesses in the mural also, Shanes, Barkowskis, Counter Culture, Herby K’s and the Bridge of Lights.
